About The Valley

Emaar off-plan villa community in eastern Dubai with parks, lakes, and a town centre.

The Valley is a self-contained residential community developed by Emaar Properties, located along Al Ain Road (E66) in Dubai's southeastern corridor. It is designed around a town-centre concept, with parks, sports facilities, retail, and schools planned within walking or cycling distance of homes.

Location & connectivity

The Valley sits directly on Al Ain Road (E66), roughly 25–30 minutes by car from Downtown Dubai under normal traffic. Dubai International Airport is approximately a 30–35-minute drive, and Dubai Hills Estate is around 20 minutes away. There is currently no metro access; residents are car-dependent for most journeys.

The community consists entirely of villas and townhouses across several distinct sub-clusters:
