Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You may browse listings, submit inquiries, and contact agents through the Platform for lawful, personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, harvest, copy, or republish listing data; use the Platform to send spam or harassing messages; attempt to bypass security measures; or use the Platform in any way that violates UAE law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@luxurymrhaus.ae if you suspect unauthorized access.

Real estate agents using the Platform agree to additional terms governing listing accuracy, RERA compliance, and professional conduct.

Property listings on the Platform are provided by registered agents and developers. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every listing detail (price, availability, features, photographs) is current at every moment. You should always verify material details directly with the listing agent before making any decision.

Listings are for informational purposes and do not constitute an offer to sell or lease any property. All transactions are subject to separate written agreements between you and the relevant parties.

Luxury Mr Haus Real Estate LLC is a real estate brokerage licensed in Dubai. Submitting an inquiry through the Platform does not create a buyer or tenant representation agreement. Any brokerage representation must be established by a separate written agreement.

The MR HAUS brand, logo, registered trademark (MR HAUS®), website design, and all original content on the Platform are owned by Luxury Mr Haus Real Estate LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Listing photographs and descriptions provided by agents remain the property of the respective contributors and are used on the Platform under license.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Luxury Mr Haus Real Estate LLC and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Mr Haus Real Estate LLC from any claims, losses, or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
