The Residences is a gated cluster of nine apartment towers developed by Emaar, positioned on the northern edge of The Dubai Mall podium in Downtown Dubai. It is one of the earliest completed residential projects in the district, giving it a well-established community feel within an otherwise fast-moving neighbourhood.
