Sobha Hartland is a fully master-planned community developed by Sobha Realty, covering approximately 8 million sq ft within Mohammed Bin Rashid City. It is one of the few communities in Dubai that combines high-rise apartments, standalone villas, and townhouses within a single gated environment alongside greenery, waterways, and on-site schools.

Sobha Hartland sits off Al Ain Road (E66) and Ras Al Khor Road (E44), placing it roughly a 10-minute drive from Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. Sobha Hartland commands a price premium versus comparable MBR City sub-communities, and service charges on apartments tend to be on the higher side. The absence of a metro link means car ownership is effectively essential, and peak-hour exits onto Al Ain Road can be slow.
