Palm Jebel Ali is a reclaimed palm-shaped island located off the Jebel Ali coastline in southern Dubai, developed by Nakheel. After years on hold, the project was relaunched in 2023 with a revised masterplan focused on beachfront villas and townhouses across 16 fronds.
Location & connectivity
The island sits approximately 40 km from Downtown Dubai, accessible via Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and the planned extension of connectivity infrastructure from Jebel Ali. Drive times are estimated at 35–45 minutes to DIFC and around 20–25 minutes to Dubai Marina. A metro or rapid-transit connection has not been confirmed at this stage — buyers should factor in car dependency.
