Frond E is one of the 16 residential fronds extending from the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. Like all Palm fronds, it is made up entirely of private villas sitting on plots with direct beach access on both sides of the frond road.

Frond E is accessed via the Palm Jumeirah trunk road and sits in the mid-section of the frond cluster. The Palm Monorail runs along the trunk and connects to the Gateway station near the Atlantis end, while the nearest tram stop on the mainland is at Al Sufouh, linking to Dubai Marina in under 10 minutes.
