Frond D is one of the 16 residential fronds extending from the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, made up exclusively of signature villas arranged along a private peninsular spine. Location & connectivity

Frond D sits mid-palm, accessible via the Palm's main trunk road. It's roughly a 10-min drive to Dubai Marina and JBR, around 20 minutes to DIFC, and approximately 30 minutes to Dubai International Airport without heavy traffic. The Palm Monorail station at the Atlantis end and the Palm Gateway station near the trunk provide limited public transit options — most residents drive.
