Frond C is one of the 16 residential fronds extending from Palm Jumeirah's trunk, lined with detached and semi-detached villas that face either the open Arabian Gulf or the Palm's internal waterways. Like all Palm fronds, it is a low-density, gated environment with private beach access for residents.

Location & connectivity

Frond C sits on the western side of the Palm, accessed via the Palm's main trunk road. The Palm Monorail connects to the Gateway station at the base of the trunk, linking to the Dubai Metro Red Line at Damac Properties station — adding roughly 10–15 minutes to the journey on foot or by taxi. Dubai Marina is approximately a 10-min drive; DIFC and Downtown Dubai are around 25–30 mins.
