Meydan One is a master-planned mixed-use community developed by Meydan Group, positioned adjacent to the Meydan Racecourse corridor in the heart of Dubai. The project is anchored by the under-development Meydan One Mall and a proposed canal and ski slope attraction.

Location & connectivity

Meydan One sits off Al Khail Road (E44), giving direct access to Downtown Dubai in roughly 10 minutes and Dubai International Airport in around 20 minutes. The Dubai Metro's Route 2020 extension does not serve Meydan One directly — residents currently rely on personal vehicles or taxis. Business Bay and DIFC are each a 10–15 minute drive depending on traffic.

Cycling and jogging tracks run along the Meydan boulevard, though the network is less developed than Nad Al Sheba or Al Quoz.
