Meydan One sits off Al Khail Road (E44), giving direct access to Downtown Dubai in roughly 10 minutes and Dubai International Airport in around 20 minutes. The Dubai Metro's Route 2020 extension does not serve Meydan One directly — residents currently rely on personal vehicles or taxis. Business Bay and DIFC are each a 10–15 minute drive depending on traffic.
