Meydan is a large-scale development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City built around the Meydan Racecourse, one of the largest horse-racing venues in the world. It has expanded into a full residential community with apartments, villas, and townhouses spread across several distinct sub-districts.

Location & connectivity

Meydan sits south of Downtown Dubai, with Al Khail Road (E44) forming its western edge and Ras Al Khor Road providing southern access. DIFC is roughly a 10-min drive, Downtown Dubai around 12 mins, and Dubai International Airport approximately 20 mins. There is no metro station within Meydan itself; residents rely on private transport or taxis.

Things to consider
