Marina Promenade is a cluster of seven residential towers sitting on the outer edge of Dubai Marina, fronting the 7-kilometre promenade walkway. It is a purely residential sub-community within the broader Marina district, with direct pedestrian access to the waterfront.

Marina Promenade sits along Al Marsa Street, the main waterfront road that loops through Dubai Marina.
