JVT District 1

JVT District 1 is a sub-community within Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), a master-planned residential development by Nakheel in the heart of new Dubai. It is primarily a ground-level, villa and townhouse district with minimal high-rise presence, making it noticeably quieter than neighbouring areas.

Location & connectivity

JVT sits between Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44), giving District 1 residents fast access to both corridors. Dubai Marina is roughly a 15-min drive, JLT and the Montgomerie Golf Club are within 10 minutes, and Downtown Dubai is approximately 25 minutes away. There is no metro station directly serving JVT; residents are car-dependent, with the nearest tram and metro connections at Dubai Marina.
