Jumeirah Islands is a gated residential community in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers corridor, made up of 46 man-made islands separated by lakes and connected by bridges. Location & connectivity

The community sits off Sheikh Zayed Road between interchanges 5 and 6, making Dubai Marina a 10-min drive and DIFC roughly 20 minutes away. Things to consider

Jumeirah Islands commands a premium over comparable villa communities largely due to its low density and lake frontage, so entry prices are high relative to plot size. The community is car-dependent, and while Sheikh Zayed Road access is fast, daily school runs or commutes toward the city can get congested during peak hours.
