Jumeirah 3 is the westernmost sub-district of Jumeirah, bordered by the sea to the north and Umm Suqeim to the west. It is a predominantly residential area known for wide plots, mature trees, and a quieter street-level character compared to the busier Jumeirah 1 and 2 corridors.

Jumeirah 3 sits along Jumeirah Beach Road (Street 2) and Al Wasl Road, which run parallel and provide the main arterial access. The area is roughly a 15-min drive to DIFC, 20 minutes to Downtown Dubai, and about 10 minutes to Mall of the Emirates. There is no metro station within the community — residents rely on personal vehicles or taxis.
