Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is a large-scale residential and retail district sitting directly on the Arabian Gulf, forming the western edge of the Dubai Marina master plan. It comprises 40 towers arranged in six clusters, all within walking distance of The Walk and a public beach.

Things to consider

JBR is one of Dubai's densest residential districts — foot traffic, parking pressure, and noise levels are noticeably higher than in villa communities or newer developments. Older towers (construction completed 2006–2010) vary in finish quality and building management standards, so due diligence on service charges and maintenance history is essential before committing.
