IMPZ — the International Media Production Zone — is a dedicated free zone and residential community in Dubai Production City, positioned in the southern reaches of Dubai. It was developed to house media, printing, and publishing businesses, but today its residential towers attract tenants and buyers seeking value-for-money apartments in a low-density setting.
Location & connectivity
IMPZ sits along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), giving direct access to key parts of Dubai. Motor City and Sports City are immediate neighbours, and Dubai Marina is roughly a 20-min drive west.
