Green Community is a self-contained residential development within Dubai Investment Park (DIP), built around tree-lined streets, landscaped gardens, and a deliberate low-density layout. It was developed by Union Properties and remains one of the few established communities in this part of Dubai with genuine greenery and a suburban feel.

Green Community sits inside Dubai Investment Park, accessed primarily via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Emirates Road (E611).
