Emaar South is a master-planned residential community developed by Emaar Properties, situated within the Dubai South district. It wraps around an 18-hole championship golf course and is designed primarily as a mid-to-long-term residential destination.

Location & connectivity

Emaar South sits off Emirates Road (E611) in the southern reaches of Dubai, roughly 10–15 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport. The Dubai Expo City is approximately 15 minutes by car, and Downtown Dubai is a 35–40-minute drive depending on traffic. There is no metro access directly serving the area at this time; residents are car-dependent.
