Dubai Sports City is a master-planned residential and sports community developed by UNION Properties, located in the Mohammed Bin Zayed City area of Dubai. It centres on several major sporting venues and has grown into a mid-density neighbourhood popular with families and young professionals.

Dubai Sports City sits along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Hessa Street (D61), giving it reasonable access to the wider city. There is no metro station within the community; the nearest Red Line station is Discovery Gardens, roughly a 15-min drive. Key drive times: Dubai Marina in 20 minutes, DIFC in 25 minutes, Al Maktoum International Airport in 20 minutes.
