Greenview is a residential sub-community within Dubai Hills Estate, developed by Emaar. It consists of three phases of semi-detached townhouses and standalone villas arranged around private parks and green corridors.

Greenview sits in the heart of Dubai Hills Estate, accessed via Al Khail Road (E44), one of Dubai's primary arterial routes. DIFC is roughly a 15-min drive and Downtown Dubai around 20 minutes.
