The community sits directly off Al Khail Road and is accessible via the Festival City interchange. Dubai International Airport is a 10-minute drive; DIFC is roughly 15 minutes depending on traffic. There is no metro station within the community — residents rely on cars or taxis, though the nearby Rashidiya and Emirates metro stations are accessible by road.
