Harbour Views is a pair of residential towers sitting on the waterfront edge of Dubai Creek Harbour, developed by Emaar. The project delivers canal-facing and skyline-facing apartments across two mid-to-high-rise buildings within one of Dubai's largest master-planned communities currently under active development.

Location & connectivity

Harbour Views sits inside Dubai Creek Harbour, accessed primarily via Ras Al Khor Road (E44). Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary borders the area to the south, and Downtown Dubai is roughly a 15-min drive. Dubai International Airport is approximately 10–15 mins by car, making this one of the more airport-proximate waterfront addresses in the city.
