Discovery Gardens is a high-density residential community developed by Nakheel, located in the Jebel Ali district of Dubai. It comprises around 290 mid-rise residential buildings arranged across six themed clusters, housing a large working- and middle-class population.

Discovery Gardens sits alongside Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and is served by two Dubai Metro Red Line stations — Discovery Gardens Metro and Ibn Battuta Metro.
