Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai
About Creek Beach
Beachfront sub-community within Dubai Creek Harbour with residential towers and a swimmable beach.
Creek Beach is a dedicated beachfront zone within Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar's large-scale mixed-use development on the eastern edge of the city. It is one of the few communities in Dubai where residents have genuine sandy beach access without leaving their neighbourhood.
Location & connectivity
Creek Beach sits off Ras Al Khor Road (E44), placing it roughly a 10-min drive to Downtown Dubai and DIFC. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately 15 minutes by car. The nearest metro link is along the Red Line at Union or BurJuman, though a dedicated Creek Harbour metro station is planned as part of the area's ongoing master plan buildout.
Property mix
The community is apartment-led, with towers developed under the Emaar Creek Beach sub-brand.
- •Apartments: Surf, Island, Grove, Lotus, Palace Residences Creek Views
- •Penthouses: Available in select towers including Palace Residences
Schools
There are no schools inside Creek Beach itself. Nearby options include:
- •Deira International School — approx. 10-min drive, IB curriculum
- •GEMS Our Own English High School — approx. 12-min drive, Indian curriculum
- •Universal American School — approx. 15-min drive, US curriculum
Healthcare
No hospital is located within Creek Beach. Nearby facilities include:
- •Mediclinic Airport Road — approx. 10-min drive
- •Rashid Hospital (government) — approx. 12-min drive
- •American Hospital Dubai — approx. 15-min drive
Shopping & dining
Creek Beach connects to Creek Marina and The Wharf retail strip, which carries cafés, casual dining, and convenience outlets. The broader Dubai Creek Harbour Town Centre (under phased delivery) will expand retail options significantly. For full hypermarket and mall access, Mirdif City Centre and Festival City Mall are both within a 15-min drive.
Parks & leisure
The main draw is the 700-metre sandy beach — a privately managed stretch open to residents and their guests. The Creek Promenade runs along the waterfront and connects to Dubai Square and Creek Island. The Dubai Creek Tower site and planned observation facilities are within walking distance once complete.
