Al Wasl is an established residential district stretching along Al Wasl Road, one of Dubai's main north-south arterials between Sheikh Zayed Road and the Jumeirah coast. It sits between the older villa neighbourhoods of Jumeirah and the denser urban fabric of Business Bay and Downtown, giving residents a quieter, leafy character without sacrificing central access.
Location & connectivity
Al Wasl Road runs the length of the community and connects directly to Sheikh Zayed Road (D1) to the west and Jumeirah Beach Road to the east. The nearest metro stations are Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall on the Red Line, roughly a 10-min drive. DIFC is approximately 10–12 minutes by car and Downtown Dubai is under 15 minutes.
