Al Garhoud is a mature, mixed-use district on the eastern bank of Dubai Creek, flanked by the airport to the east and Deira to the north. It houses a blend of residential towers, corporate offices, and retail strips that have been in place for decades.

Al Garhoud's proximity to Dubai International Airport means flight paths pass overhead, which is noticeable especially for properties on upper floors facing east.
