Al Furjan — West Village

Al Furjan West Village is the western residential cluster of the broader Al Furjan master community, developed primarily by Nakheel. It sits between Discovery Gardens and Jumeirah Golf Estates, offering a quieter, more contained living environment than the busier eastern sections of Al Furjan.

Location & connectivity

West Village fronts Al Furjan Road with direct links to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). The Al Furjan Metro Station on the Route 2020 extension is walkable for many residents, making this one of the better-connected mid-city communities. JBR and Dubai Marina are roughly a 15-min drive; DIFC is approximately 20 minutes.
