Al Buteen

Al Buteen is a low-to-mid-rise residential and mixed-use neighbourhood on the western edge of Deira, sitting directly along the Dubai Creek. It is one of the older established quarters of the city, with a distinctly local character and a mix of long-term residents and working professionals.

Al Buteen sits just off Al Maktoum Road and Al Muteena Street, giving direct access to the broader Deira grid.
