Things to consider

This is a high-density, tourist-heavy neighbourhood — foot traffic and noise around Dubai Mall and the Fountain are constant, especially on weekends and during events. Parking within the towers is allocated, but visitor parking and street access can be tight; buyers should factor in service charges, which run higher than the Dubai average given the address and amenities.
